I’m a CPA and licensed Business Broker in Marietta, Georgia.

I help CPAs, Business Brokers, and Realtors help their clients defer capital gains tax on the sale of a business or real estate as a member of the Estate Planning Team.

As a CPA, I help small business owners with tax compliance and provide advisory services related to decision support and problem resolution. Prior to starting my own firm, I was a financial and accounting executive in the healthcare and retail automotive industries.

My firm has two business brokers including myself. As business brokers, we represent businesses for sale in a number of industrial classifications. Those industries include B2B services, some B2C services like auto repair, landscaping, plumbing, HVAC, etc., and most manufacturing, industrial, commercial, and wholesale concerns.
